Hiring Vanessa Ruiz to sell my house was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
Upon meeting her she summarized the entire process, including her own tips in prepping the house for a quick and stress-free sale. After hiring Vanessa she gave me her personal cell phone number to use in case I had any questions or problems concerning the house or sale process. In addition, she provided me with daily updates about the interested buyers and negotiations which, in turn, led to a very quick sale. My only regret is not having additional property to sell as Vanessa would obviously be my first choice without a doubt!
